When I first started taking Plus and Total I was having cholesterol,blood pressure, arthritis,almost daily headaches, sinus, low energy, bursitis and cataract problems. Within 7 weeks, my cholesterol came down 84 points. I am no longer bother with arthritis pain, sinus, headaches, blood pressure and bursitis.

My cataract was at a standstill for 8 years. I always have PLENTY of energy and I lost 45 pounds the first 10 months of being on these products. My doctors writes prescriptions for our products because they see and understand that they give my body what it needs. I usually only go to the doctor for a check-up.

In October 2006 I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.  My blood sugar and blood pressure levels were so high they would not register on my test meters.  I was put on 5 different medications to bring my diabetes under control.

Due to the side effects of the medication, my hands swelled up so bad that I had to remove my wedding band to relieve the pain.  At the onset of the diabetes I was working to drop weight. I was at 204 lbs., but again due to side effects, I shot up to 230 lbs in no time at all.

On February 5th 2007, I went in for my 90-day check-up.  When I saw the doctor he mentioned my weight.  I was ready for him.  I told him I read the fact sheets that were given to me with my prescriptions and they said I would experience swelling and sudden weight gain.  I also told him I have been taking Plus and Total to help with the problem.  My doctor is open minded and decided to run a test. My sugar levels at that time were ranging between 115 and 139.  Within 10 days my sugar levels dropped between 89 and 115. By the end of the month my sugar levels were down to between 79 to 112 (Normal levels are between 75 – 115). Nelson Blanco---Mississippi

At age 35 I had Rheumatic Fever that damaged three of my heart valves. I was told that I needed my Mitral Valve replaced. I chose not to because of an intolerance to aspirin.
