The Total Image, International (TII) Pay Plan is designed to help you create residual income. It is not designed as a get-rich-quick scheme to create instant millionaires overnight. No plan can do that and survive the long haul. We already have hundreds of people who have been faithfully ordering the Plus and Total for over a decade, so we know our products have “staying power”. We wanted to design a plan that would have that same “staying power” and complement these wonderful products. We wanted to allow you to be able to share these products with people and watch them improve their health and you make money for your efforts. The more long-term customers and distributors you get who order these products month after month, the more money you will make with this plan. Some people’s goal in the networking industry is to create millionaires. Although that sounds good, only a small number of people ever reach that goal. Through this plan and these products, we can create many, many, many “thousandaires”. We can help people earn an extra $1000 per month. We will start small and help ten people earn $1000 per month. Then we will grow that and help a hundred people earn $1000 per month. Then we can grow that until we have thousands of people earning at least $1000 per month. We can help create thousands of “thousandaires” and change the lives of people all over this country. Along the way, some millionaires may be created, and that will be wonderful, but let’s focus on helping average people earn thousands of dollars per month.

Network Marketing Pay Plans tend to confuse some people. It’s so different from the “job” mentality that most of us have. The problem is that the job mentality has kept so many people in financial bondage, but most of us have been programmed from our childhood to go get a job. A job only pays you while you are physically there. There is no residual income in a job. And the fact is, you can call it social security, or a 401K, or an IRA or a retirement plan, but we are all trying to reach a point in our lives where the money keeps flowing in even after we slow down or stop working. A job is just not designed to help you create that residual income you need to become financially independent. That’s exactly what our plan was designed to do. Network Marketing is the only industry I know of that was originally created and built to create a stream of income that doesn’t stop, even after you slow down a little bit.

We have done our best to simplify the TII Plan. It is a simple, two-legged plan called a binary. In this binary structure, there are 5 different ways to make money. We’ll talk about them separately. But first, let’s define how you stay qualified with the plan.

Qualifications

There is no charge to register as an Independent Distributor with TII. Simply fill out the application online or print the application, fill it out and mail it to TII. When you register, you will get a personalized website for a year and have the opportunity to buy the TII products at wholesale and develop your own business if you choose. Starting with your 2^nd year there will be a $30 annual fee for the website.

The pay periods for Total Image International, Inc. run from Sunday morning at 12:00 AM CST to Saturday night at 11:59 PM CST. Although the pay periods run from week to week, you will only have to qualify for commissions and bonuses every 30 days.

There are two different ways you can stay qualified to earn the bonuses for whatever rank you have achieved. You can either place a monthly autoship in your number for at least 50 BV or you can place an order every 30 days for at least 100 BV if you are not on autoship. The easiest and safest way to make sure you stay qualified is for you to set up a monthly autoship for at least 50 BV and leave it alone!

Anytime you do not qualify in a 30 day period with one of the ways mentioned above, any downline volume you have accumulated in your left and right legs will be reset to 0 BV. Once you have re-qualified your left and right leg volume will start accumulating again. Once you have lost volume due to you not being qualified, you can never regain that volume! So, once again, the easiest and safest way to make sure you stay qualified is for you to set up a monthly autoship for at least 50 BV and leave it alone!

Ranks

1-Star - You become a 1-Star Distributor once you have personally sponsored one qualified Independent Distributor in your left leg and one qualified Independent Distributor in your right leg. As a 1-Star, you are eligible to earn up to 17 cycle bonuses per week.

2-Star - You become a 2-Star Distributor once you have personally sponsored at least 6 qualified Independent Distributors with at least 3 of those distributors placed in your left leg and at least 3 placed in your right leg. As a 2-Star, you are eligible to earn up to 67 cycle bonuses a week. 2-Star Distributors can also start earning a 15% matching bonus on the cycle bonuses of all their personally sponsored distributors. We will talk about the matching bonus in the next section.

3-Star – You become a 3-Star Distributor once you have personally sponsored at least 10 qualified Independent Distributors who reach the Gold level with at least 3 of those distributors placed in your left leg and at least 3 placed in your right leg. As a 3-Star, you are eligible to earn up to 167 cycle bonuses a week. 3-Star Distributors can also earn a 15% matching bonus on the cycle bonuses of all their personally sponsored distributors and a 10% matching bonus on the cycle bonuses of all the distributors that your personally sponsored distributors have personally sponsored.

4-Star - You become a 4-Star Distributor once you have personally sponsored at least 15 qualified Independent Distributors who reach the Gold level with at least 4 of those distributors placed in your left leg and at least 4 placed in your right leg. As a 4-Star, you are eligible to earn up to 334 cycle bonuses a week. 4-Star Distributors receive all the benefits of a 3-Star Distributor plus you are eligible to participate in the 4-Star Bonus Pool where you can start sharing in the total company BV. We will talk more about that later.

5-Star – You become a 5-Star Distributor once you have personally sponsored at least 20 qualified Independent Distributors who reach the Gold level with at least 5 of those distributors placed in your left leg and at least 5 placed in your right leg. As a 5-Star, you are eligible to earn up to 500 cycle bonuses a week. 5-Star Distributors receive all the benefits of a 4-Star Distributor plus you are eligible to share in the 5-Star Bonus Pool where you can share in the total company BV. We will have more on that later.

Retail profit

When you become a distributor with Total Image, International, you can buy the products at wholesale prices and sell them to your customers at retail and you get to keep the difference. Also, if someone goes to your website and purchases product from your site, Total Image will pay you the difference between what your customer paid for the product(s) and what the wholesale cost would have been to you. Customers that go to your website will be able to buy the products at full retail or they will be given the option to put their products on autoship and receive a 10% discount on their order. If they choose the autoship method, they will be called a Preferred Customer and they will receive their order once a month. Once they sign up as a Preferred Customer, you will still receive the difference between what they pay for their product(s) and the wholesale price.

Fast Start Bonuses

There are two different fast start bonuses, called a Silver Bonus and a Gold Bonus. You become a Silver and qualify for the Silver Fast Start Bonus once you have accumulated 100 in personal BV in a 60-day period. You become a Gold and qualify for the Gold Fast Start Bonus once you have either accumulated $400 in personal BV in a 60-day period or ordered the Gold Pack (item #203) in your distributor number. The Silver and Gold qualifications are a one-time event, so once you make the Silver level, you are always a Silver. Once you make the Gold level, you are always a Gold. The product packs listed below have fast start bonuses assigned to them. (See Chart 1 below). Every time an Independent Distributor that you have personally sponsored orders one of these product packs, you will get the Silver Fast Start Bonus if you are a qualified Silver and you will get the Gold Fast Start Bonus if you are a qualified Gold. To be qualified to receive these bonuses, you simply have to be on autoship for at least 50 BV every 30 days or you have to order at least 100 BV every 30 days if you are not on autoship.

Also, the Gold Bonus rolls up to the first qualified Gold in a leg. For example, if you are a qualified Gold and you sponsor John and John is a qualified Silver and John sponsors Mary and Mary orders a Gold Pack (item 203), then John will be paid the $50 Silver Bonus, and you will be paid the $22 Gold Bonus on that order, since you are the first upline Gold in that leg. (See Chart 2 below.)

 

So if you are a qualified Gold, and you personally sponsor an Independent Distributor who orders one of the packs listed above, you will personally earn the Silver and the Gold Fast Start Bonuses! (See Chart 3 below.) As you can see, it is going to benefit you to reach the Gold level as quickly as you possibly can.

Cycle Bonuses

There are two qualifications you have to meet for you to receive cycle bonuses. You have to be qualified and you have to personally sponsor an Independent Distributor in your left leg and in your right leg who is qualified. (See “Qualifications”). The easiest and safest way to make sure you stay qualified is for you to set up a monthly autoship for at least 50 BV and leave it alone!

In a binary plan, you will only be building two legs. That means that only 2 Independent Distributors will ever be frontline to you or placed on your first level. As you sponsor more than 2 Independent distributors, although the people you sponsor will always show as personally sponsored by you, you will place those distributors down in your group under other people. This is truly people helping people.

Once you are qualified and you have an Independent Distributor in both your left and right leg personally sponsored by you who is qualified, you can start earning cycle bonuses on accumulated volume in your left and right legs. As the distributors and their customers in your left and right legs place orders with TII, the volume they order is credited to your leg. For example, if a distributor ANYWHERE in your right leg orders product, you get credit for that volume in your right leg. If a distributor ANYWHERE in your left leg orders product, you get credit for that volume in your left leg. Each time you accumulate at least 600 BV from the distributors in your two legs, you will receive a cycle bonus of up to $30. The only stipulation is that all of the 600 BV cannot come from just one of your legs. At least 1/3 of the 600 BV (which is 200 BV) must come from your other leg. In other words, if you accumulate at least 400 BV in your left leg and at least 200 BV in your right leg, you will qualify for a cycle bonus. If you have at least 300 BV in your left leg and at least 300 BV in your right leg, you will qualify for a cycle bonus. If you have at least 200 BV in your left leg and at least 400 BV in your right leg, you will qualify for a cycle bonus. Every time you accumulate at least 600 BV with at least 200 of that BV being in your other leg, you will earn a cycle bonus. At the end of each pay period (once a week), the computer will figure out how many cycle bonuses you have qualified for. You can earn as many cycle bonuses as you qualify for based on the rank you have achieved. Now let’s talk about the ranks.

Matching Bonuses

Once you become a 2-Star Distributor with TII, you can start earning a percentage of the income that the Independent Distributors you have personally sponsored are earning. This is an incentive for you to help the people you sponsor to earn more money. Here’s how it works.

As a 2-Star, you have personally sponsored at least 6 Independent Distributors. Remember that you only have 2 frontline positions, so these 6 distributors will be placed down throughout your left and right legs. Also remember that these 6 distributors are building two legs for themselves so they can earn cycle bonuses. Each time one of your personally sponsored distributors earns a cycle bonus, since you are now a 2-Star, TII will now pay you 15% of that distributor’s cycle bonus. A cycle bonus is up to $30 and 15% of that is $4.50, so you will earn a $4.50 matching bonus every time one of the distributors you have personally sponsored earns a cycle bonus!

As a 3-Star Distributor with TII, not only will you earn a 15% matching bonus on the cycle bonuses of all of your personally sponsored distributors, but you can now earn a 10% matching bonus on the cycle bonuses of all the distributors that have been personally sponsored by all of your personally sponsored distributors. These distributors are called your 2^nd level distributors. Although they will probably not be placed on your 2^nd level in your organization, the computer system will see them as 2^nd level to you because they are sponsored by distributors that were sponsored by you. As a 3-Star, you have personally sponsored at least 10 Independent Distributors. If the 10 distributors that you have personally sponsored have each only sponsored 2 distributors each, then each time those 20 distributors earn a cycle bonus of up to $30, you will earn a matching bonus of 10%. $30 times 10% equals $3. So each time one of those 2^nd level distributors earns a cycle bonus, you will earn up to $3. So, how many 2^nd level distributors do you want who are earning cycle bonuses?

Leadership Bonuses

Once a month, Total Image International, Inc. will take 1% of the total company BV and it will be divided among the qualified 4Star Distributors and higher and paid out. When you reach 4-Star Distributor, you will get one point for being a qualified 4-Star and an additional point for every qualified 4-Star Distributor or higher you have in your entire group. All the points will be added up and then the 1% will be divided among the qualified 4-Star Distributors.

For example: Let’s say that Mark becomes the first qualified 4-Star Distributor in Total Image International, Inc. Mark personally sponsored John who personally sponsored Karen. John and Karen both become qualified 4-Star Distributors. They are the only qualified 4-Star Distributors in the company. In the 4-Star Leadership Bonus Pool, Mark will get 3 points, John will get 2 points and Karen will get 1 point. If 1% of the company volume is $6,000 that month, then the $6,000 will be divided by the total number of points, which equals 6. That means that each point is worth $1,000. Mark has 3 points, so he will receive $3000, John has 2 points so he will receive $2000, and Karen has 1 point so she will receive $1000.

In addition to the 4-Star Leadership Bonus Pool, Total Image International, Inc. will also take 1% of the total company BV and it will be split once a month among the qualified 5-Star Distributors. When you become a qualified 5-Star Distributor, you will get one point for being a qualified 5-Star Distributor and you will also get one point for every qualified 5-Star Distributor in your group. All of the points will be added up once a month and divided among all the qualified 5-Star Distributors.

For example: Let’s say that Mark becomes the first qualified 5-Star Distributor in Total Image International, Inc. Mark personally sponsored John who personally sponsored Karen. John and Karen both become qualified 5-Star Distributors. They are the only qualified 5-Star Distributors in the company. In the 5-Star Leadership Bonus Pool, Mark will get 3 points, John will get 2 points and Karen will get 1 point. If 1% of the company volume is $6,000 that month, then the $6,000 will be divided by the total number of points, which equals 6. That means that each point is worth $1,000. Mark has 3 points, so he will receive $3000, John has 2 points so he will receive $2000, and Karen has 1 point so she will receive $1000.

Notes

To make sure that Total Image, International will be a long term success, there will be a 50% cap on the payout. In other words, TII will only pay out up to 50% of the volume they create on a weekly basis in commissions and bonuses. Because we are striving to keep our wholesale prices and our BV at the same level on most of our products, this is a very fair percentage of payout based on other companies in our industry. TII reserves the right to reduce the cycle bonuses and therefore the matching bonuses to keep the 50% cap.
